Want to hear something that's funny but NOT so funny??

I am a paralegal at a Business and Tax law firm.
We have a client who makes about 5-7 million a year and he owes the IRS $90, 000.00 Dollars!
Well we filed his taxes on 1/21 he was supposed to get a return of $175, 000.00!

Today, he called to ask how much of his return could he put into his trust and because I’m nosey, I asked what day he expected his return and he said he got his return this MORNING!!!! I had to stop myself from saying WTF!!!!

Anyway, just thought I’d share that with you all still waiting! The IRS makes sure they give the rich people who don’t even need it as much their money back REAL quick! They should have made him wait longer since the deadbeat owed so much! LOL

Meanwhile, I can’t even get a return transcript!

And the irs didn’t offset his refund why? And how is he getting money back? I thought if you made over a certain amount you had to pay taxes?
