      Post here if you use this card and are getting your dd on it? I usually get deposits right away, so I’m hoping to have the 1/30 deposit available same day too. I hope it’s not held over the weekend til Monday.

          I called Walmart money card and was told by a rep that because I have a JOINT tax refund that it might be rejected.. What the heck is wrong with these people??!!?! It’s in my name too. Has anyone gotten their refund deposited on the walmart card and it was a joint return??

              That’s probably it then. If you use the major’s (TT, HRB, TA, etc.) then the IRS sends it to SBBT or RB 2 days ahead and then they send it to your bank in time to be deposited on the 30th. If you use a smaller company who doesn’t use one of those 2 major banks, then they probably got the money today, will deduct their fees, and then will send it to you. I would call your tax agency to see, but you will probably have your money Mon-Tues..

                NO JOINT ACCOUNT AND I WENT THROUGH A TAX COMPANY CALLED QUICK REFUND. THEY USED TO BE INSTANT TAX. I’M NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON. I GUESS THEY HAVE TO GET THEIR MONEY FIRST OR SOMETHING. I DIDNT PAY FEES UP FRONT. UGHHH

                  NO HAVE HAD THE CARD ALMOST 2 YEARS AND I GET MY NORMAL CHECK DIRECT DEPOSITED EVERY OTHER WEEK. MY STAT SAYS IT WILL BE SENT BY 01/30/15 AND CONTACT THEM IF NOTHING BY 2/4/15. CYCLE CODE 20150402. I VERIFIED AND MY ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS CORRECT. IDK. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY CHECK SBBT? AND I DONT OWE ANY MONEY BUT I DIDNT PAY FEES UP FRONT.

                    Ya, it should def be on your card. Something is wrong. I deposited on all of our cards overnight. Yours was released the same time as ours. Did you use turbotax and have fees taken out? If you did, you can check SBBT to make sure they sent it yesterday. If they did and its not on your card then something went wrong or something didn’t match between the transaction and your card and it was returned. I have heard of Joint returns not going on walmart cards because either, the main person on the return isn’t the main person on the card, or because the card didn’t have both names on it. There’s a few possible scenarios, but either way, it should be on there! If that is the case then the bank will receive the returned ACH and process it, make it into a check and send it to you… Which will take 4-8 weeks. That’s pretty much everybody’s biggest fear. I have used it for the last few years, so I knew everything was correct, did you just get the card recently?

                          I hope so. I will have to look at my papers on my lunch because i’m not sure why it hasn’t came. my cycle code was 20150402!

                            It should have been on there by now?.. It should have cleared when the rest of ours did, overnight. Did you make sure you clicked Checking account when you filed, also, did you make sure all of the numbers matched right? Have you enrolled online and entered all of your information (Address, etc.)? Do you have a card with your name on it?.. I would start worrying and trying to figure it out if I were you. It should have been on your card by now..

                                                  I use walmart money card as well. Mine I expect to be on there in the AM. They don’t hold deposits, as soon as it hits your account it’s available.

                                                  To answer some questions, there’s is a $400 maximum daily withdrawal and a $2500 dollar maximum daily spending limit. However, you are able to get cash back as well. The maximum daily load through moneypack, etc. Is $2500 but for DD it’s $10,000.

                                                      lol..i’ve been using the walmart money card for years . I was just reading up on the faqs online but don’t see a limit only a daily load limit.

                                                      Anyone can you help us? I am curious too …if anyone who uses this card has ever been able to go in a bank and withdraw money? if so what is the limit?

                                                                  Scotty what are the numbers cut off. For example if you have a number that is in the 20’s or 30’s. What number stops qualifying for the 5-6am deposit.

                                                                      Awesome guys!!! Someone started a green dot post and scared me, she said that she spoke with someone at GreenDot and they said they are not accepting direct deposits from tax refunds? I quickly debunked that, I got on chat with Green Dot and made sure there would be no problem getting it deposited, and the Rep from Greendot confirmed what you guys are saying, that it WILL be there Friday!

                                                                        I’ve been using the Walmart money card for a while now…simply because they disperse direct deposits early and don’t hold your money. It will be in your account Friday morning.

                                                                          the deposits acually start the night b4 the date givin,tommorrow evening in this case.. they are deposited in order based on the –FIRST 2 DIGITS OF YOUR LAST 4 SSN, i know thats confusing but example if my last 4 digits of my ssn are 9975 , its the 99 they go by and that depsoit will be more towards early morning on friday like 5 to 6am where as someone with 1276 would have the 12 and could get a deposit tommorrow evening

                                                                            no, i always pay for mine up front and go through taxslayer..HOWEVER, my sister uses sbbt ,where they take out her fees 1st and she has hers the same time as I do..It will go on your card around 3 to 4 am..You will have your money friday when you wake up….

                                                                              I’m using the green dot card. This is my first year going thru SBBT. @Scotty, have you had fees deducted before thru SBBT? As long as it’s here in time for the weekend I’ll be SO HAPPY!

                                                                                This is my 2nd year using Wal-Mart money card for my refund and last year it was sent to SBBT, they deducted the fees, then it was sent to my card and available immediately. There was zero delays. I expect to have it Friday morning as well.

                                                                                  The money WILL 100% POSITIVELY be on there Friday morning, no sooner..I have used the wal-mart / greendot card for 5 years in a row now..
