Wage & Income Transcript: No record of return filed.

Filed & Accepted through TT on 2/2. Stayed at 1 bar for 19 days. Lost all bars. All transcripts say N/A except for Wage & income. I pulled it up and it says No record of return filed. Calling them has been no help! What do I do??

Kevin. Yes I had Obamacare. But i did include my 1095 with my taxes

Stephanie – don’t worry too much, you’re not alone!! I filed and was accepted on 2/13 also and haven’t seen any progress, account transcripts show no return filed, single filing status when it should be joint, with all 000’s as well. Received my Ky state refund today, with was only $51 but at least it was something! I called the 652 extension today because of the single status on transcripts and the 3rd person I spoke to was nice enough to open my return and look into it. He said that the transcripts will say that until processing is finished, that I was in the middle of processing and as soon as they process my return it will update and I’ll be able to see the correct information. Of course, I tried to find out when it would go through and explained that I’m due to have a baby next week, which is the truth, but he said that he couldn’t really do anything and to just give it some more time since it hadn’t hit the 21 day mark yet. So I’m just hoping and praying that he will try to help somehow by putting it through to finish the process but I’m not getting my hopes up either!! Hang in there, and please update me when you see any progress and I’ll do the same!!

@Stephanie,I filed and was accepted 2/2/15 and waited 21 days to call. On day 19 by bars on WMR disappeared and like you I could not get transcripts N/A. Did you happen to have Healthcare thru the government Obamacare? I filed the same day and had the exact same issue as you. I had healthcare for about 8 months with Obamacare and I found out that’s whats holding up my refund. I was supposed to get a 1095 form to submit from Healthcare.gov and send it with my taxes. I got this AFTER I already filed. Its been past 21 days so I called IRS and they said they will send me a letter (got it today)that I need to fax in forms 1095 and another I think was 8962 before I would get my refund. It could take up to 4 weeks I was told but luckily my refund amount did not change from this so I don’t think it will be held up long, some people had to send in form 1095 and found out they made to much and owe back money because of the insurance.
