Wage & Income Transcript: No record of return filed.

Filed & Accepted through TT on 2/2. Stayed at 1 bar for 19 days. Lost all bars. All transcripts say N/A except for Wage & income. I pulled it up and it says No record of return filed. Calling them has been no help! What do I do??

I got and TA and she has worked wonders for me Its not true you have to wait 21 days before a TA can help you. I filed on the feb 3 but when I called irs they said the 5th so my bars went missing on the 7th and after being hung up on and being lied to I contacted a TA on the 9th. I did the id verify stuff and was told i was being put back in for processing so today I was able to order my return transcript by mail only because of the id stuff but I was happy until I got the call from my TA saying they processed but have it on hold they want to review my 2014 wages so she told me get the job to send in my wages on there letter head and send it to her I did and she told me I should have it by march 20th or before. And I know if I wouldnt have contacted a TA I would never have even gotten this far they would have just sent out a letter after 21 days saying you are under review and you need to verify your id. So I am glad I contacted her she has really helped me out so I urge everyone who has not gotten their $ to contact a TA

The same has happened to me and was told by the irs different things. Filed on 1-30 still saying processing with the amount and no tax topics or codes. Transcripts say NA except for wage and that say no refunds filed. Got so many reasons when I called the reps that I asked to speak to a supervisor which I had to leave a message and she did not return my call. The only thing changed is the Market Place and I believe it has to do with that. I filed 1095a form so I don’t no what’s going on. The not knowing frustrates me.

I filed on the 13 of feb, returned accepted same day. My transcript were NA till this morning. The income and account rec are view-able but blank. The account rec for 2014 has a date listed as of 3/16/215 any clue Please what does this mean. Will I get my money on the 16.

Same here guys….no bars, still processing, transcript says same thing as you guys mentioned.

I’ve heard a few different deals on this..

1. We’re under review (which there could be a million reasons)
2. We’ve been recycled…meaning our returns just got pushed back due to a large volume of returns…tax buddy of mine says it happens for no reason…
3. A computer error
4. Etc…..

From what I’ve read and been told. If you haven’t recieved a letter or there are no instructions on your transcripts or WMR to contact them, chances are you’re one of the unlucky ones that got caught up in the “traffic” and unfortunately the only thing to do is wait…

Stephanie, we are in the exact same situation. Filed and accepted through TT on 2/2, one bar on WMR until a few days ago then nothing. Ugh. So frustrating.

Mine is reading the same thing. I had to submit the healthcare tax form last week. Still waiting for my refund.

That is exactly what mine says. I filed on 2/13 was accepted on the 14th and on the 23rd around 3am is when my bars disappeared.

Please let me know when something changes with yours.

Did you have anything that changed from last year?

What is it saying when you check the status on WMR?
