Was successfully and til this day 4/8 still nothing on WMR it’s been on “cannot provide any information about your refund” tt152 and code 9001.. still no updates

I filed on 2.09/19 received 2.10.19. I got a 5071cletter to verify 3.18.19 verified online3.18.19 and so I got a message saying congrats we now have everything we need for processing. I called to make sure they received my information and I had to verify again on 3.19.19. So now I just waiting I tried to go to wmr but it giving me an error message that my information is invalid. I’ll check again on this Saturday.

I helped my friend that use to be my neighbor file. She recieved an Id verify letter a couple of weeks ago. I just helped her do her call about 5 days ago and she updated on the wmr site from there not being any information available to having two bars and a DDD of 03/20 which I figured she got because she just moved right before Christmas and she has recieved this letter every year now for the last 3 years so I had warned her with her moving again she would more then likely get it again this year.

The woman that she got didnt know half of what she was doing she kept confusing us both asking for certain information for certain years then saying she had the wrong year down then back tracking kept trying to say she asked for a different year and it was all around messed up. She actually ended up just ending the ID verify and she told my neighbor that more then likely she would end up in review but she was putting her back into processing. She even went so far as to give her a number for when she recieved the review letter to call if she needed help with what paperwork to send in. I was really hoping that wouldn’t happen only because it can string out a refund for months and sometimes you never get paperwork they say they send out and it has to be resent then it’s always a headache for those of you that know what I’m talking about. I’m guessing because this was her 3rd year getting chosen for an ID verify they just went ahead and sent her threw since she updated with a direct deposit date.

Honestly we will probably never know but I’m still riding this out like I do every year. I wishing everyone still waiting luck.

Accepted 2/05 midnight
Called 2/18 and was told they’d sent the letter on 2/06 but when I finally received the letter on 3/02 it was dated 2/25. Then I got another one 4881c on 3/07.
Verified 3/05! Passed. Was told 9 weeks. My path changed like everyone else’s. Transcript online says hasn’t been filed. I haven’t ordered a paper transcript yet

Ok regarding the time frame for my situation

Filed and accepted 2/1
Got verification letter last Saturday
Verified by phone on Monday march 4
WMR unable to find any information about my tax refund since the path message disappeared.

This morning when I checked it it was updated and gave a refund date of March 13.

So after 24 days I jus got my 5071c verify Letter yesterday. If you do it by phone what do they ask you? And how long does it take I know it says 9 weeks but surely it don’t actually take that long?? Thanks any input is appreciated.

@williams mINES IS THE SAME . i GOT A 971 CODE DATED 2/25/19 I ID VERIFIED THAT SAME DAY AND STILL NOTHING. i ONLY HAVE CODE 971 MY RETURN HASNT EVEN BEEN FILED YET PER MY TRANSCRIPTS

Williams same I verified online on 02/25/2019 and nothing. If I use the app it give me an error message that my info is incorrect. Called and they say it takes 6/9 weeks.

Called2/21 was told I was getting a letter sent on 2/14 letter received yesterday 2/25 but it was actually dated 2/21 the same day that I called so mine only took 4days…… why did they lie but anyway I passed ID verified was told to check wmr in 2wks for ddd🙌🏾🙌🏾😇

I’ve seen people say they’ve received a DDD days later after doing verification.. I guess it depends

Received letter today. Filed 2/4 accepted same day. Went from one bar to error in inputting your info to getting letter today. Just did the questionnaire so let’s see how this goes.
