Just thought I would make a post for us with USAA.
I’m walking the PATH, so hopefully will have an update this Saturday for a DDD of sometime next week.
For those that have gotten a DDD did yours post the day prior like usual?

As of 0550 it has hit!
Release date was 2-26. Check with sbtpg yesterday and the site said the received it yesterday and had forwarded to us. Hope you all finally get your money today!

Routing and account numbers updated around 930 PM pst still no deposit st 242 a pst. How long did it take for you other usaa members to see your deposit

Also turbo tax said 5 to 10 days before we get it. I’m beyond annoyed with the runaround

@vegasmom nothing here yet. I called and spoke to someone SBTPG earlier and she said it was sent to the bank and I would for sure have it today. But so far my refund is floating in outer space somewhere

Has anyone gotten their deposit yet? We all know how USAA works… as soon as it’s sent we’ll be able to see it reflected in our available balances immediately. I personally have been refreshing every 10 mins 😅 I called the SBTPG earlier and left my number for a call back. Online it just says refund sent it does not show my routing and accounting number as others are saying. The woman who called me back just said it would be sent sometime today no specifics.

I’ve called usaa twice today and they show nothing pending, but sbtpg says they sent it yesterday. Sounds like they are bsing to me. I had usaa file a missing deposit inquiry on my refund but it does no good. I’m just frustrated and looking for something to do about it even though I know there isn’t $h!t I CAN do. Just gonna sit and stew in my anger and hope for a better day tomorrow I guess.

11:15 PST nothing here. I’ve kinda given up hope that I’ll see anything today. At this point, I’d just like some communication from someone somehow on what the issue is.

Mine posted to my account a day early. Filed 2/1, PATH, code 203, DD 2/26 but went in my account 2/25.

@cinxik sbtpg shows they took fees out yesterday and sent for dd at midnight. I’m sensing some chicanery! USAA don’t hold deposits and sbtpg is saying they are. Still have not received dd.

A supervisor just informed me that my account with them is closed. They sent my money yesterday. They are saying USAA is the one that is delaying because they need time to complete the “paperwork”. Sounds like they just have no idea what the hell they are doing.

Still on hold… after it tells you that they have sent a payment just stay on the line and it will give you option 1 return to the menu, or option 2 to speak with someone. But dont hold your breath. Over an hour and counting still on hold. I think they’ve just gone home for the day or something.

@huscker it’s a intermediary company if you had your fees taken out of your refund. They are routed to the company, and then they take the frets to pay you and for your filings. https://www.sbtpg.com/

i saw in another post that SBTPG didnt expect the number of payouts in a single day and the system crashed and supposedly itll payout today. supposedly.

SBTPG shows my payout was sent, but still nothing in my USAA account this morning in Arkansas, CST.
I am not loving this tax year. 😐

Another update… spoke to someone else and she said if we have DDD date of today then we will get it. Just a matter of when, she said it could be 1159 PM.
Now, I don’t know what or who to believe because the first person I spoke to said that if it hasn’t come yet it wont come today, then this lady said I definitely would.
I guess I’ll update more when I hear or see something else.

USAA here as well, and no deposit. iRS website doesn’t even say it was sent. I usually see my payroll deposit around 4:30 PST, but its almost 6 and nothing.

Its 4:06am PST and I have a DDD for 2/26. Howver I don’t have my refund. Talked to USAA, they said that deposits are processed overnight and if I don’t have mine yet, it’s not coming today.
Everything is correct. My account and routing #s are all correct. SBTPG shows the money was sent.

This is my first year using USAA. I’m reading almost every one using them got theirs, I haven’t. Last night TPG took their money and said my refund was sent to me, could USAA be holding it till tomorrow since I’ve never used them?

Saw another user in another thread mention that theirs hit at 6:00pm EST last year, so hoping that may be the case this year as well. I don’t remember whether I ended up getting it early or not last year personally, but they generally give me all my other deposits the day before.

Hi all!! I also have usaa and a ddd of 2/26. I just found this forum!!! Lol. But i have been following another one ran by @tigerlili_1 she works for the Treasury and said usaa will deposit at 6am tomorrow! Which i figured but still hope for today lol

Hi all,
HR payroll manager & USAA member here 🙋🏻♂️ Our DD should hit tomorrow after 6am morning. My KY state hit last week at 4:30 pm. Great thing about USAA is once they receive a DD funding, they release it immediately as an pending deposit for available funds.
If the IRS transmitted out over the weekend then we should see it no later then 5pm PST. If Transmitted out today, we should see it first thing tomorrow morning.

Ive had usaa for 7 years and they have always deposited the day before so I don’t expect any movement until Tuesday morning at midnight or early Tuesday morning.

Since a tax refund is a transfer from the Treasury, federal policy requires that the funds be made available “the same day” the ACH credit is received by the bank

We have USAA. My husband’s military is always deposited a day before payday.
Federal deposit we have never received it early. It’s always shown up as scheduled via the irs ddd. If it will say the 26th tomorrow(fingers crossed) then it will be the 26th.
We always get our deposit on a Wednesday.

I have USAA and have my paychecks deposited and I always get my paychecks two days prior to the actual pay date.

Did you get a DDD of 26? I did.
If you did maybe we could keep each other posted if we get a deposit.
Don’t know when we will get it, guessing defiantly 2/25 by 0600.
Never got a DDD date on a friday, wondering if maybe we see it sooner.

On the path too. Yes, always posted the day prior just before 0600.
I have been with USAA for years, noticed something different in the last six months or so.
DD, bank transfers, usually posted the next day at 0600, now I am seeing them the same day at around 1800.
Maybe sooner this year?
