USAA.. anyone? Has not a single member receive their refund yet?!!!

I know USAA has a ton of members. I have a DDD of 2/22. I’m actually surprised that I haven’t received my deposit yet. Every year I’ve always had my refund deposited a few days before my actual DDD.

Are there any members out there who have received theirs?

Mine hit today. It came a bit later because I have children. IRS said it was to be released on Feb 27th, but USAA released it early.

Scheduled DDD is 2/21 (today)

2/20 AM = Nothing “new” shown online
2/20 PM = Incoming deposit shown as “pending” online
2/21 AM = Deposit posted and available

Today is the 20th. It will be in tomorrow. Not two days. That’s new and I’ve been with them since 2009.

Yeah, mine updated on 2/16 in the PM. Which is why I figured it would have made it’s way to my account alrdy.

I can’t even think of next tax season, too afraid to, especially with how this tax season has been so far.

I’m with USAA with a DDD of 2/21. Was hoping to get something today..nada. Called USAA and they said they do not hold DD so there is no “pending” status. They post all DD once they receive them. Hoping it hits tomorrow on the actual DD date. I have a simple, straight forward return with no credits. I filed on 1/30 and it was stuck in accepted until last week when it moved to approved.

I absolutely know your pain. I truly hope this chaotic tax season ends for yall soon and you can get back to living without every waking moment on if something went wrong.Take comfort in knowing that at least we have DDD’s as so many people here in the forum have absolutely no progress what-so-ever. I know one thing, next year I’ll be more prepared….

I’ve tried asking them about pending tax refunds and I was told the same thing yesterday as I was told last year “we do not hold deposits”

It’s so frustrating because it makes you feel like you’re in Limbo… I feel like I’m losing my mind or something … and I find myself kind of worried at times thinking it’s NEVER GOING TO COME. I know it’s silly but this whole waiting thing is getting to me I guess.

My niece is with NFCU and she too has a DDD of 2/22 like myself. Hers is showing “pending” as well but at least she knows when hers is coming. I didn’t know that you could call a day early as Tatood mentioned and have them release a day early. I’ll have to tel her that

USAA won’t tell you if it is pending, as they don’t hold anything. They deposit the moment it is received.

I’m Navy Fed, Its been sitting in my pending since yesterday. I can call tomorrow after 6 and they will give it to me a day early. You might just call USAA and ask if it’s pending.
