US Bank – Stimulus

Hey fellow US Bankers! Just wanted to leave this here. US Bank just updated their website in regards to the 3rd Stimulus:
While the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service will begin distributing Economic Impact Payments to eligible individuals and households as early as March 13, U.S. Bank does not have specific information as to when your payment may arrive. However, we can notify you when it has been deposited into your account.

We expect that electronic stimulus payments will be available in eligible Chase accounts as soon as Wednesday, March 17, 2021. See below for tips and other ways you could get your payment.

Irs site says mine was to be deposited on 3-17-21. But I have yet to see anything deposited on my U.S. Bank account at all. Nothing pending either. Wtf is going on?

Has anyone received 3rd stimulus yet? Still nothing and I had zero issues with the first 2 stimulus deposits.

I still have not received my third stimulus and I’m with US Bank. I had no problems at all with the other two stimulus’, Does anyone have any info on what could be going on? So Frustrating!!!!

I have yet to see it either with US Bank – my sister also banks there and hasn’t received her’s either. Neither of us had issues with the first two checks, and we got them deposited right way. Also the IRS tracker doesn’t show a deposite date either, it just says it will update it when it be comes avaialbale but that we are both eligible for payment. Anyone else seeing this? I even got my tax return on the 17th, but no stimulus.

I got an email from turbo tax saying that my stimulus would be deposited on my turbo debit card since my 2020 taxes were deposited there. The problem is they weren’t , and I didn’t set them up to be. I got the turbo card last year for the cash advance. When that kid up happened with first stimulus I got a check , 2nd stimulus I got on cash app, and now this email.

Most people I’ve seen that already got their stimulus are those that use cards such as the emerald card or CashApp cards, credit unions, etc.. non-traditional banking. For whatever reason those types of cards/credit unions don’t hold deposits until the actual date on the deposit. But many of them have said the deposit was dated for 3/17. So those of us with traditional banks that do make you wait until the actual deposit date, it’ll be Wednesday most likely before they hit :/
