Filed 1/13 accepted early on 1/15 path act with both credits.
My as of date is today 2/10/2025 and I have everything but the 846. I’m kinda surprised my as of hasn’t updated. I’ve always been an 05 but this year it’s an 03.

Last year my As of Date was 02/22 I received my refund on 02/16 in my account

The Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act requires the IRS to hold refunds for taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) until after February 14, in order to prevent tax fraud.
The IRS will update its website and app on February 17, 2025 (unfortunately the 17th is a holiday so I am assuming it will be Tuesday February 18, 2025), with refund updates for early filers who claimed the EITC or ACTC.

I read PATH is processed on the 17th this year (I’m guessing because the 15th is a Saturday). That’s probably why the “as of 2/17”. After that it will likely update to be 2/24 or 2/26, etc.

But of course, one can only speculate.

Hello everyone ! Filed on 1/27 accepted same day. As of date is 2/17. Nothing else is filled in! I am a pather. Should I be worried! Seems like I should see some codes by now! What do you guys think 🤔😩😩😩

Was a weekly for 6 years. Hopefully, when I see my transcripts, I will have updated to a daily. I don’t mind the wait, as I only see it as money pending in the bank. I will check my stuff on the 16th for updates though. Until then, it’s just a waiting game.

I filed on 1.18.25 amd for accepted same day. Today i updated with all codes except 846. i have both ACTC and EIC . My as of date changed from 2/17 to 2/24

Long time visitor of the forums, no need to fret, if you are a PATHer there will be almost no changes on WMR for this week. Chances are transcripts won’t update until next week. For the longest time with PATH I am a weekly, update the Friday before PATH lifts, no changes on WMR, transcript will update that Friday and I’ll have my refund by the following Wednesday. I’ve gotten my refund with WMR sitting on refund approved (not sent). Hope this helps calm any concerns yall may have.

I don’t have any 2024 transcripts, WMR went from being processed to still being processed. Filed 1/27, accepted 1/27, traditionally, I’ve been a weekly update, so maybe transcripts tomorrow.

All my transcripts say is “as of 2/17/2025”. “Request date 2/7/2025”. Nothing else is filled in. I filed on 1/22. Last year I received my DD on 1/22.

The As of Date is when your taxes will be complete, so you should receive your refund before that date.

I just looked at my transcripts, the As of Date changed from 2/17 to 2/24😡

I’m a PATHer, transcript just updated an hour ago with everything except 846 I also changed from 05 to 04 cycle code after being 05 for the last 5 years, but I’m wondering what does the date mean it says tax return filed 2/24 does that mean I won’t get my refund until after that date, not the as of date, the first code says tax return filed and the date is 2/24/25 does anyone know?

Who has an As of Date for 2/17? I have all my transcripts except one, with all codes except 846.

Last year, my DDD was on 2/22, but I received my deposit on 2/16. I hope it will be the same this year, especially since Presidents Day is on 2/17.

If you are a pather you will not get paid until later in the month. It even says it on their website that they can’t legally release the funds until mid February. My DD was issued 2/22 last year and it’s been around the same before that.

I filed on the 16th got accepted on the 22nd my transcripts have three filed and waiting on the account transcript to pop up hopefully it will be next Friday my where’s my refund is still stating it is been accepted but nothing else I have the path but no message hopefully I’ll get my direct deposit on Valentine’s Day paid up front
