So I’m not seeing a lot of people who filed with Jackson Hewitt.. Hoping we can help each other with insight…

Got Path Message 2/10
New Message With amount on side 2/16
Spoke to an agent twice
On 2/15 told nothing unusual no need to worry.
On 2/16 no need to worry nothing wrong keep checking wmr. Call back on the 28th if I have nothing by then.

Checked Jackson Hewitt Site nothing new
Checked Republic Bank Nothing There.

I am having fees pulled from refund.

Hopefully we get some news soon.

When i go on republic to and go to fee summary for my state it has 2/22 for each fee they charged does that mean i have to wait until the 22nd also where it says the status it says to contact jh or republic which i did and it said they sent it to my card and should be there between 1-5 days

If you ordered a new card, you can still use old card, just can’t make any purchase that requires the 4 digit CID BECAUSE it will be different on new card. Myself and wife just did the same and I rec’d my paycheck on old while waiting on new one, once activated it reflected on my new card..

I finally got a dd date for the 23!!!!! I am having my funds on the serve card which I just ordered the new card the other day so now I’m curious if I have to wait to get funds until my new card is here or will it be on the old one…..

I just looked at my jackson hewitt paperwork. It says that republic bank is open on saturdays and Sundays the whole month of February from 10am to 7pm. Maybe they will process some of the deposits that are due on the 22nd today and tmro. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Filed 1/28 did eitc and child tax credit also. my state says 2/22 it has been approved through republic this morning just waiting to show on serve card.my federal will be DD on 2/23 so hopefully tuesday for my federal

Question…Since all the fees we were taken from my state refund by republic Bank,will my federal still go to republic before being deposited to my card or will it go straight to the card???

I read in the forum that jackson hewitt use republic bank just to have fees taken out and actual customers would not show an account with Republic. I have gotten refund on weekends before. You just have to check your card/account because email or text showing deposit comes the following weekday for some reason. Just my personal experience.

I am literally done there are people with ddd for the 23rd how could that be when they havent even released funds for those of us with 22nd ddd like the old saying goes a watched pot never boils so im done stalking republic i guess I’ll just sit back and wait for a text message from netspend whenever that may be

So this is new talked to the IRS today and got a DDD of 2/23 just tried to check myJH and it said refund status not found ??? What’s that about. I am having fees withheld so it will go through SBT but they show they have not received it so I’m nothing thinking it’s a sign of progress.

looks like amex serve or republic only dropping deposits or jh. i haven’ seen no taxact people with sevre get any money. and what number are people calling to get this pending deposit info cause the number one the back of the card does not give this information it clearly states that if you are calling about refund statues they cant tll you nothing unless funds where released by irs

I had a update on WMR this morning for a ddd of 2/22. I checked Republic and they had received it as well. Republic said my funds had been dispersed to card but Jackson Hewitt still shows as pending. I guess we are waiting on Jackson Hewitt because Republic looked like they were done. My refund is going to a serve card and I had fees taken out by Republic. Return accepted 1/13

@AndriaC it’s 1:10on EST and I just received the text that my funds have been loaded. I logged on to the Serve website and verified!! Your’s should be anytime!! :)

I filed Feb 8th. Got the processing msg feb 16th. Last night after work (1am) i couldn’t log on to wmr – error msg. A half an hour later had ddd of feb 22nd. Nothing on serve card yet. I had eic, child tax credit, & offset die state refund last year. But every year had shown up on card or account a day before it shows sent on wmr. I wonder if they post on card throughout day, or on Saturday?

I called the serve card and talked to a rep. She informed me that even though republic releases the funds it could take up to 2 days on their end to process a deposit! What the crap? Now it’s the waiting game again just a different thing to wait on.

I have a ddd of 2/22 and when I check republic website it still says no refund received im so agitated right now if i hadnt used Jackson Hewitt and just had my money sent directly to my netspend card i would have had my money already but it’s good to know that they’re not holding the refunds

It seems like Serve Card holders and Netspend are in the same boat. The banks have released the funds but they haven’t been deposited on the cards. I have a ddd date of 2/22 on WMR. Republic bank website also says received, fees have been taken out, and refund sent to Serve Card but no deposit just yet.

It should post to the card today. They don’t hold the funds. Mine showed up by 9:15am EST this morning on Republic website. I am supposed to receive a text when it post to the Serve card, so we shall see. Please update if you when you receive yours and I will do the same!! Btw, CONGRATS!!

I filed in December got $200 loaded on the serve card then on 1/23 they put $550 on the card but I requested my refund to be loaded to my netspend card…..on 1/24got the path……on 2/16 got processing message……now just lurking on all sites lol……by didn’t get transcripts…only EIC…..

Received state refund on serve card 2/7 with the fees taken out. So now I’m just waiting on my federal refund and it should be sent to my card right away since the fees were already taken out of the state refund. So now just a waiting game.

I filed with Jackson Hewitt on 1/22 accepted 1/23. Fees taken out of the refund being deposited on the serve card. I haven’t seen anything yet ether. But I have 3 kids who are all sick with this stomach bug going around so I will be up all night checking between emptying buckets. Oh…. And yes, over the past 2 weeks or so, ALOT of people have been told alot of things from reps when they call. But at this point when people are being given their DDD and they show it pending in their acct, then I don’t believe it will be lies that they were told. Thanks!!

I also filed with JH on 1/21 accepted on 1/23 PATH on 1/24 called irs today got 846 code mid day. (It was not there this a.m. at 7) still nothing on JH or republic bank web site. Treasury also has nothing as of yet and my 846 code has a dd date of 2/22 so maybe tomorrow is our day.

I am really tired of the messages some people post that say everyone is being lied to. Yea, WMR says “it’s being processed” for EVERYONE who has been affected by the PATH act. Maybe people need to actually READ the press releases!!! It’s STATES that some will get that message “INTERMITTENTLY”!!! Most people who filed and have been sitting on that damn PATH message for 2 weeks, have ALREADY HAD THEIR RETURNS PROCESSED!! The refunds were the only thing held!! Geesh. Sorry sweetheart if you have no information or if it doesn’t apply to you but others don’t need your “comments” unless you have something useful AND factual to add. Have a great night!

For those people being told by reps that they have a direct deposit date showing while they are still being processed are being jerked around by reps who dont know what they are talking about and are telling you what you want to hear to shut you up and end the call. Im sorry to say but returns still being processed will not show a DDD. You wont see a DDD until your return is processed, approved and released for deposit. And those who owe offsets or owe backtaxes will wait longer cause now your refunds go thru different stages it goes to the offset department who then sends the money to who ever is owed ( unemployment , courts, child support, school loans etc) then after they send it to treasury where it then gets disbursed into our method of payment whether DD or check.

I filed with Jackson hewitt, I got the advance on the amex card but the rest of my refund will be deposited to my bank account. I can log on to sbbt, not republic, and so far nothing has hit anything :( it seems like those of us that are having fees taken out of our refunds have to wait and wait and wait
