Filed with h&r on 128 was accepted on 128. Have one bar send accepted and this morning February 2nd is now giving me the path act. I think it’s already been processed but of course cannot be released until mid February. Has anybody else received the path message telling them the same thing that’s getting EIC and CTC?

what does updated to PATH message mean? I can’t remember from last year…I’m EIC and have 2 children. All I have is one bar and message 152. Nothing on transcripts yet; nothing on SSA site. Filed and accepted January 28. TT estimates Feb 18 refund.

Was just looking back at my bank transactions from last year, and I see that my money was in my bank account on 2/8 last year. I’m having a hard time believing my eyes, since I had ACTC last year (but no EIC), and I’m very sure that I would remember if there had been something unusual about that…man it would be nice if that happens again this year…

This year I have both credits though. I filed on the 22nd, was accepted the 23rd, updated to PATH message on 1/30.

This year its 20190504…not sure what that means, if anything, yet. Lol

@Kourtnee the cycle code has nothing to do with that. The cycle code is when your return was in the master file. I always get my refunds from Feb 20-23. It hasn’t changed no matter the cycle Code. I expect mine Feb 21st this year.

I finally updated to PATH message overnight. Thank goodness! I have EIC….

I filed in 1/12, was accepted on 1/28. Transcripts updated with the basic codes, and WMR updated to the PATH message. In prior years, my cycle code has always been YEAR0405. With that code, I have always received my refund on 2/21-23. This year, I am on cycle code 20190505, so I am guessing I will not get my refund until 2/28………

@Jessy0529 Online or by mail. You can just google “IRS Transcript” should be a link to the irs website. You’ll have the option of online (can only get if you have a cc, mortgage, loan), or call and receive them by mail. The phone number will be on the website.

Last year the path message was up for me until the Saturday after the 15 when I got a ddd for the following Thursday. I am always a weekly.

No path update on IRS today, still one bar and tax topic 152. I did receive a PATH email from HRB 1/31 about my taxes being held for PATH and not released until late Feb, but no update on WMR and when I tried to order my transcripts on 2/1, it kept saying my information did not match their system *insert eye roll*

Maybe my updates will start next week?! In the years past I have always been weekly.

@jenna, yes and I wonder if it has anything to do with the shut down. Because my returns have been exactly the same for 6 years now. No EIC,no ACTC, nothing fancy. Same job since 2011. Who knows anymore. I will call Monday if it doesn’t change.
