After spending 27-minutes on the phone with a very sweet gal from the IRS. People are getting their refund earlier than others for no reason in no order. It’s just how the system processes it. Now, she did tell me that since my processing date was 2/18/2019, I can expect it 21-days after that. So March 11, 2019 is when it should be in.
But she stressed to me that it has been very common to get it earlier than the 21-day mark. She put to rest the “is being processed” and “is still being processed” message. If it doesn’t have an error code on IRS.gov then there is nothing wrong with your refund. I just looked at my previous year of which we did get EITC and I got it on 2/22 when the processed date was 2/24 so just hang tight those who are still waiting like me.
Our time is ALMOST here.. your best bet would be to call in to verify there’s no hold on a portion of the refund from prior debts.
