Sbtpg site updated with my refund received, and amount with fees deducted. So it shows they have it, just waiting for my deposit

  Jackson Hewitt, like every other chain tax preparer, is a franchise… anyone can open a Jackson Hewitt office with the right qualifications. They are probably given choices as to which companies handle their fees.

  Hello fellow JH Amex Serve group. I am in Florida and my paperwork went thru Santa Barbara (SBTPG) . That would be the reason why no info found on Republic site. Ddd 2/23 nothing yet. It might help to check the other site. Customer service 18555054829
  @Tom what is your take on why JH have customers under 2 different refund banks?

  OK, that’s what I was guessing… It still seems only 2/23 DDD’s are being finished today…
  
  Can you do me a favor and let us know when your deposit actually hits your account? I have some clients driving me nuts, and I’m sure others here are curious as well. Thanks!
