Why do I keep getting the technical difficulties message after entering my information. When asked for refund or owed amount I am entering 0 for refund received. My 2019 tax return is still being processed based on “where’s my tax refund” tool. Now I can’t log in at all because I’ve used my maximum allowed times for today and will have to try again in 24 hours. *ARGH*!!

I don’t know if this will be helpful for your situation, but try contacting the bank or card company for the account they sent it to. I’ve seen quite a few people state that they have been able to have the acct temporarily re opened to withdraw or transfer the funds.

Dear IRS thanks for not processing my 2019 tax return and in processing not using my account info on my 2019 return and depositing the impact payment in my 2018 closed account, much appreciated I’ll see a check in September-but hey maybe now you can actually process my return that’s been over two months!

Does anyone know when they will release next batch? I just updated my bank info even though I used the same TurboTax card 2 years in a row for refund. Kinda hoping I don’t have to wait 3 weeks until I see the $$

Dang, mine says information not available, wtf? I’m in the process of id verifying I’ve been waiting on a registration code because my phone number isnt associated with my name anyone else having this issue??
