Unpostable

So after having no bars for a week and calling last week and being told everything was fine it just didn’t process yet I called again today and found out I was unpostable. The system was recognizing my maiden name not my married name. I’ve been married for 25 years and my name was changed on my SS acct 25 years ago. I’ve had the same accountant for 25 years and he just always filed with both names since it was kicked out the first year. I knew this and forgot and just filed with my married name. IRS guy said it really should have been kicked out all these years. He confirmed with SSA that my name I filed with was in fact my correct name, did verify ID said he attached my tax history to this years return with notes saying it is me and should be okay now. Said he needs to say 6-9 weeks but should be sooner. Ugh I’m an idiot.
