Unemployment refund for early filers

Has anyone been updated or recieved funding for unemployment because they filed early.
I filed 2/5 and was accepted 2/13. I was in the errors department for 13 weeks and recieved my refund end of April. I recieved my stimulus checks on time. However, because I filed early my refund amount didn’t include the bill passed in March. I saw on the news that we would start getting in May and im apart of the first wave. My transcripts haven’t changed and I haven’t received a refund. What’s everyone else’s status.

I an wondering how this would help if you used the lookback credit, would you get anything back?

Yes, I generally get everything DD. This is the first check I’ve gotten in the mail from the IRS throughout all the years I’ve filed. The check came in today and it’s actually the stimulus for my new baby that I didnt get before and not the unemployment refund. So still waiting for that I guess.. Hope you all update soon! It took 11 weeks just for me to get my refund so I feel your pain.

@momof4 at least you got part of it. I haven’t gotten anything at all. I did get my stimulus but nothing more. I am hoping to get it all at 1 time. Maybe it will update tonight.

My informed delivery via USPS says I have a check coming today from the IRS. There were no updates informing me of a payment coming and I’ve already gotten my refund and stimulus (except for my new baby) so it must be the unemployment refund. I’ll update once my mail is actually delivered.

Yeah this is stupid. They say May and update nothing. And I understand it’s not even the halfway point in May but it’s still frustrating I don’t know how hard it would be to update it and at least give people a general idea. I know that’s what they did saying the I got my refund tool without date and it didn’t and people got mad about it but it would be nice to know. Since I like an idiot filed with Jackson Hewitt and they are just utterly useless they can’t give me any information

I also haven’t received the difference back, we definitely would of been better off amending after the bill passed imo, atleast I think I would have because I received my original refund quickly.
