      Has any injured spouse received their unemployment refund (if you filed before the act was passed)? If so, when did you file and when did you receive it? Also, did child support offset arrears from it?

          Same as user ROCKY my unemployment refund was issued on the 18th and they took it even when i filed IS with my taxes.Here we go again with the IRS messing everything up .Waiting game again before we get our money.

            My unemployment refund was issued on August 20th and was offset for my husband’s cs arrears. I filed IS with our taxes and I was the only one with unemployment income. The IRS f*cked up again.
