      I’m in SC. I call the Employment office and they said I have an over payment of $826 instead of them taking just the $826 they took my whole federal refund plus my state refund now they say I have to wait up to 3 months to get my money back!😞😡 Do anyone else have the offset notice and the irs is taking there entire refund?

          @Tasha ty for responding all together they took 3988 from me for a $826 debt.and it’s nothing I can do about it! It’s just unbelievable that they can do this!

            We had an offset of $892 for department of social services . They put it under my social and my husbands so they took it twice. Called and they said they will refund sometime in April 😡 they didn’t take our entire refund but $1798 is a huge chunk of change when we have been repaying for 2 years already
