Under Review for Wage Verification. No updates, No DDD

I filed 1/27 and IRS accepted same day.
Waited over the 21 days and finally called on Thursday to find out what is going on. First Lady said they were unable to verify one of my w-2s and I am under 45 day review. I called agin to get more answers, a different agent said nothing about income verification but that I was randomly selected and under a 60 day review.

I have both codes 570 (additional info pending) for 3/2/2020 and 971 (notice issued) for 3/9/2020 on my transcripts. My 2019 Wage and Income Transcript does not have any of my W-2s listed as of yet. Has anyone been in the exact same situation and received a direct deposit date recently?

Employer won’t resubmit because it’ll mess up her records and I can’t fax my w2 to my local office I have to take it in or mail it, then they’ll have to review whether or not she actually turned anything in or not.

Checked ssa.Gov today and sure enough I’m missing earnings on there..going to talk to former employer and see if she’ll resubmit for me…anyone know how long it takes after that?

i was told i that they had to wait on some info on my w2 because it didnt match, but then he said he saw the review was closed.

called today and have to wait a extra 21 days from my processing date which is march 9th

bs i filed 1/31 accepted same time… i dont understand this crap

I am waiting in my transcripts in mail
But I was told the same as u, and on the ss site they only have my selfemployment listed online, not my w2. Filed and accepted 1/28.
I faxed my w2 the other day to local SSA office hoping it’ll pan out this week, but maybe next week. I think I filed before they received employer w2 info they send in. So, we get resequenced until everything matches (wages).
