      i filed on the 11th of January, im guessing the irs didnt officially open until the 28th. from the 28th, Monday made 21 days. normally i would have a DDD by now. i heard that if your able to order transcript then they are done processing, but i also heard something else. i heard that if you dont have some code on your transcript, it doesn’t necessarily mean they finished processing it. well i was able to order my transcript, but after hearing about the code im not sure if they are finished processing my return. so i tried to view my transcript online. as i got half way in the process of filling out my info to register with the irs to view my transcript i received a message saying A condition has been identified that is preventing your access to IRS online services. what does that mean?
