      I tried to follow the steps to create an account so that I could request online access to my transcripts because my 2020 tax return has been stuck in “still being processed” where it has been for nearly 5 weeks. I tried three different credit cards, each one was rejected (unable to confirm) and I got locked out. Anyone have experience with this? What could this mean?
