I have used TurboTax WITH FEES (self-employed) 2 years in a row. If you had any TurboTax Tax Filing service that had a “price” and you elected to have the FEES taken out of your refund, the company that takes the fees out is Santa Barbara TPG – A Green Dot Company

I can confirm that your refund will appear here first before it even makes it into your account that same day.

      https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/

You can check this as many times as you like a day but it was crashed most of the day today.

Have fun! This only works for people that are having the FEES taken out of the Refund instead of paying for it up front.

Whether it be desktop, tablet or mobile device the results render two columns:
          EXPECTED AMOUNT RECEIVED AMOUNT

If it has $0 under RECEIVED AMOUNT,
They have not received your money yet.
They “process” your Refund collecting $40 for themselves, collect $x for TurboTax (product price*) and subsequently send your Direct Deposit directly to the Account you entered when you filed.

          They waste no time.

So where is my refund? It tells me the
Amount but I have yet to have it deposited!

Both 2019 and 2020 these TurboTax Orders were placed, my return was sent electronically and my Return was accepted on January 28th.
