      I am new to filing taxes with TurboTax and I opted for their prepaid card. Since midnight today I have received two emails from TurboTax that my card is on the way and reminding me to activating it when it arrives. The thing that confuses me is I have already received and activated my card and used it as I got a refund advance. I am able to login and see everything as usual on the app and the website and I did not request a new card. Any ideas as to why I would be getting these emails??

          Yep mines the same, think it’s just a generated message in case anyone forgets.

            Smae thing happened to me. I got two emails telling me to activate TT card after I had already activated it.

              Nothing to be alarmed about. They mailed me a card, I received an activated it. Then a week later I received another email that said me card is on the way. I think it’s a glitch, keep in mind those emails are automated.
