Still haven’t received my refund and now TurboTax is trying to charge my account for fees…. Why are they not deferring these charges???? People need all their money now.

@GoFigure me too I been filing w/them since 2014 and never had a issue until now it’s like they pushing all these FREE…FREE FREE…FREE ads and ain’t delivering ishh that’s probably where the issue is tryna push out their marketing instead of proper software for returns

I was thinking the same thing I mean it’s only 30 bucks if and when I can get 30 bucks but this will be my last yr filing with TT

I’m going to let them take it out, that way when my refund gets processed…it’ll come straight to me and I’ll get it a few days early (Bluebird Amex Acct). No dealing with SBTPG! 🎉

If you look at your tax return you will see your bank account and touting number. There should be no extra delay as they are taking the numbers directly off the tax returns.

And to add insult to injury, those of you who filed through TT and had fees taken out, you’ll have to wait for a check for the recovery rebate rather than getting a direct deposit more quickly.

Intuit is staring down the throat of a PR nightmare. Will their CEO make it through the year?

I called them today to defer it and the ‘expert’ gave me directions that basically led me to charging my account. I am sooooo pissed. I called back and the second person said once the payment goes through I cannot get a refund. NEVER AGAIN. I need to count all my coins right now.

It sounds like they may get the nickname, “Turrible Tax”!

                          (I used H&R Block.)

I got an email from them stating that the fees were still due but that was it. I’m they should know better than us that the fees will be processed when our refund is issued and why we haven’t received it. SMH
