TurboTax charging bank if u haven’t gotten your refund yet

Just got an email that TurboTax is going to debit my bank account on 5/07 for over $130 because I chose to have the fees come out of my refund and have not received my refund yet! If you did the same, keep an eye on your emails!

Filed/Accepted 2/15
No movement since 3/6 still being processed

Last week Oder status on TurboTax changed to payment received from refund, thanks for your payment

Well nothing from nothing leaves nothing so they can take mine out lol aint nothing left to take. Bills made sure of that and i would suggest not having overdraft enabled on your bank card that way it wont even go thru but do pay them when you get it…dont be petty about it lol good luck everyone still waiting like me

I’m sure these tax prep companies are aware of the situation with many of us being pushed into some sort of back log..you’d think they would take that into consideration and hold off on these automatic debits as a courtesy to their customers.

Same here they will be charging me 4/30….filed 2/1, accepted 2/12 no movement no letter nothing.

I got this email today too ! No update at all for my refund nor have my transcripts updated . I filed/accepted 2/17. My email said they will automatically take it out of my bank on 5/7. I’m hoping to have my refund by then. I won’t be using Turbo tax again .

I think it’s a bunch of BS that they are treating their customers this way. I can say that next year they will not get a penny from me. Poor customer care!!!

Hey just got the same email! I was accepted 2/13 and still no refund yet they will be charging my account on 5/7/21.
