Bobo! They didn’t false advertise. Your refund is not a government benefit or a DD thru employment. That it’s, that’s all they advertise. Idiot!!!

Exactly which is the only reason anybody used them. I’m pissed because I need my money. And everybody else does too. I will never use them again. It’s simply false advertising. And SBTPG still hasn’t received my funds. So ready for this to be over. I’m taking every cent off this card and closing it completely. I should have stuck with my card.com card. I would have been had my money on Saturday.

I get money orders to remove all of my money and deposit it into my account. This card sucks.

From a Greendot supervisor, TT prepaid only DD easily for payroll not tax refunds. I’l never use this card again after I remove my money.

@smkillion 😊 thank you, had a good day but still no deposit lol. I swear year after year I always choose the wrong card.
My boyfriend had the 2/22 deposit date and used bluebird had that money in hand on 1/19 at like 6:30pm.
On a side note while we wait I have been reading about the 3000 monthly withdrawal limit that seems to contradict their own faqs. It’s actually a little bit co fusing as in one area it says 3000 daily teller limit but 3000 monthly limit for teller and atm combined. Does anyone who has used them before know what they will allow you to withdraw. I want to buy a used car and would need to remove more than 3k. -

Nothing on TurboTax Card so far! Had I used Netspend like so many others that I know, it would have been deposited already.. Welp, I know better for next year! :(

I also have the TT card and still no money on mine. My DD is 2/27. I will let ya all know if I get anything early. Good luck everyone! It’s been a nail biting stressful tax season. The least they could do is load it a couple days early! But I’m not counting on it. I’m just hoping to have it on the DD date at the very least! I will never file early again. Lesson learned there

No fees here, with a ddd of 2/27 and turbo card. Nothing on my end and like you I have no idea how to see incoming deposits, I’ve went through both the site and app and nada. I did see someone post before saying they called their turbo card and the cash was there even though the app showed 0. I called for the heck of it but nothing was there.

I’ve used TT for several years using a pp card and it has always deposited a day or two earlier than what is on WMR.

When you log into the turbo prepaid card account it will usually say pending beside the amount if the amount has already went threw tpg and it still pending. But that was last year when I seen that and they let me use the money even though it said pending beside it. I dont know if you can call the card and check for pending deposits because I usually just log in and check it on the website.

I couldnt figure out where to check pending deposits for turbo prepaid card can someone help me with that

I’ve never seen turbo cards load more then 1 day early but they do allow you to use the funds like other cards as soon as the money is pending in the account. Last year I filed the same way and the day before I checked the turbo card account and it showed my funds pending but I was able use them right away. I know if you have an offset a lot of times they wont make the finds available till the day of your DDD or the day afterwords. Plus I help people file taxes every year and they never get access to there money all at the same time but it is usually 1 day before the DDD or the day of most of the time.
This year the IRS has everything moved around and nothing is the exact same as previous years so really anything can happen when it comes to deposits or DDD.

I know someonewho had turbocard lastyear and they got their deposit on the day it was supposed to be disbursed. Turbotax does not release income tax returns early on the prepaid cards. I used netspend the previous twoyears and got my deposit early and I dont know why I chose to use turbocard this year. I guess I was hoping I would get the advance.

Yea a bunch of people that had netspend that didnt have fees coming out already got theres, so there is a possibility us turbo card people might get ours some point today but I’m still just happy that we got a DDD. I had a friend that filed the same day within an hour of me and he got in the early batch on 2/22 and he had the turbo card and fees and still got his a little after 7am on the 21st. I’m waiting up till 7.30am my time which is less then two hours from now and I will see if it loads then but it’s more of a chance it will the the 26th if it loads early.

I didnt have to pay fees on turbo tax but I’m using the turbo card too I was just able to file free. Had the DDD 2/27 and still no deposit. Usually they load a day early so probably early the 26th they will load. They may even load at some point today.
