TurboTax and SGBT

Anyone with fees taken out and used TurboTax see anything in SGBT yet? I was accepted 2/11. Nothing there yet.

As for turbo card and getting the advance…if you had your fees taken out of refund, its goes thru SBTPG first then to your turbo card. If you get a stimulus in the next month or two….u will get a check.

SBTPG holds the money for a couple of days …they will say they havent received it. You will not get you refund early. They will update it the day before your DDD and then transfer to your bank account. Don’t stress..it’ll show up in your bank, just not as soon as others. Also, if the 3rd stimulus is approved and you qualify….you will be delayed. Last month they alerted everyone not to have fees taken out and have refund go through 3rd party…they said it will delay your stimulus.

@jones that is incorrect it does indeed deposit to SBTG first then to the car. Even with the refund advance.

Why are the ones with the turbo tax card checking SBTPG? Isn’t that if you had fees deducted and sent to your actual account? The turbo tax card wouldn’t show that because they already have your money, and the fees are deducted from your turbo tax card, not SBTPG?

Or am I confused here.

I can finally log in and it just shows my expected amount the date it has not been received and a green circle with some red to show the fees I owe. I have a DDD of 2/24

Sbtpg just updated with red ring saying fees were taken out but refund hasn’t been received yet. Can’t check transcripts and got accepted 2/10. Hopefully this is good news

I just checked and it works now, my brother inlaw has a green circle just for the advance.. says nothing recieved by federal but he has his deposit on his TT card…

The rings on SBTPG won’t show if using a mobile device (even in desktop mode) just so you are aware

If you guys slide over where it says “amounts expected” it will tell you if they have received your refund

Oh, okay. My ddd was 2/23…and I received my deposit yesterday but I didnt have to go through STPG this year. All I was trying to say is STPG does hold the money a day or two. Known fact. But u will get ur money thereafter. DDD for 2/22 is just now showing for STPG when STPG got it day before yesterday or maybe yesterday. Just saying.

Well im in cali and it still isnt working for me.. Filed 1/24.. Accepted 2/10 refund advance 2/10.. Cant see transcripts cause i made an irs2go key last year and no longer have that phone.. Can’t access transcripts checked sbtpg yesterday for the first time and it was showing expected amount for my federal and state refund. Not sure when it started showing since yesterday was the first time I checked. Since sbtpg is showing my expected amount does that mean my return has been processed??

I files 1/27/21 accepted 2/10/21 got refund advance. Have not been able to use sbtpg website since yesterday and their automated phone system says they have not received my refund yet. I chose to have filing fees deducted from my federal refund and cannot create an irs account to view transcripts…

Sbtpg gives me the same error message for the last two days. Two days ago I saw the red ring waiting for treasury to send over money and it’s been giving that error ever since.

Hi all I was also unable to log into sgbt last night and this morning, I checked my turbo card and refund was on it. Unable to check transcripts, but filed on 2/1 accepted 2/11 and got advance. Didn’t get a notification from turbo until hours after I checked my card app. WMR still shows one bar

Question: I’m one of those who have been unable to access my transcripts online because of issues with Verizon verification. I was able to successfully request transcripts for year 2020 and was able to register for an account with my updated address. Is this a good sign?

Hey guys update! I just followed the advice of some of the others and called Sbtpg! I was able to access my information and I got my refund deposited to them today and it says dd of 2/22/21!
So the system moving slow appears to be a good thing.
Filed 1/19 TT free file
Accepted 2/9
No update on WMR and no access to transcripts!
So hang in there all!

IRS funding is currently being processed and website access may be limited as records are processed and account information is being updated. We anticipate that the website updates will be complete no later than 2:00 pm PST.

It looks like last year sbtg updated the day before irs ddd around 6 to 7 am est time. So I think it would be reasonable to start looking on the 21 for those of us who cannot access transcripts and no wmr update. Seeing how many of the first ddds are for 2/22

I have no error code now but it doesn’t show received. I searched last years post and this seemed to happen 3 days prior to deposit dates, everyday it did the error message. Ill still take it as a good sign that they are working kinks out or something.

I claimed two dependents with all credits. I filed on TT on 1/20/21 and return was accepted on 2/10/2021. I have 1 bar on WMR. Can’t view my transcript online so I’m just waiting and waiting

I’m having the same issue here too…on Wednesday I was able to see the funds as far as expected amount. According to their website this happens 2 days before dispersed into bank account. This morning I’ve tried to log in and it just says…One moment please…then after 10 minutes of loading it says some error message smh maybe we will have good updates for DD between today and tomorrow.

I don’t even get an error message, it just spools saying wait a moment and then returns to the login page after timing out. At least earlier I got a “screw you” message

I still can’t get it either. This will be the last time I use them. After they dropped the ball on the first stimulus. My bet is they have the refunds and are sitting on them till last minute to earn interest. Thinking of the millions and millions of refund they process and how much interest that earns them on top of the fees.

Mine shows how much is expected from the IRS at the top a full green circle and at the bottom it just shows how much my loan was..not exactly sure what that means but the site is down for me as well.
