Turbo Tax users-try this

Filed and accepted 1/20, been stuck on 1 bar since. Just downloaded the Turbo Tax MyTaxRefund app and it says estimated refund date 2/20. This is the only thing that has actually given me a date.

So the word is that if you received the new date then you have been resequenced into the next batch. I hope to god that its just speculation and that its just a system f*** up on TT’s part.

When I go on turbo tax it give me January 22 to February 11 and not a single date. Where do you find the date of refund?

the turbo tax app does not work if you have a windows computer and go on the windows store it will tell you that they discontinued the app November of 2015

I called TT and it means nothing, they don’t even know where it came from and said it should be saying the same thing as your online app (the 21 day window) and may just be jumbled from the IRS being down. I don’t know if she was telling the truth or not.

Why does it show 2/25 on the app

While the website says 2/16

I filed on the 18th accepted on the 19th. My TT still says expected by 2/9. So are those with 2/20 dates getting this from TT website or app? Curious because I need my money.

I tried that & my date says feb.25th. I filed & was accepted on the 24th. Wmr has no ddd just generic 21 day spill. I can’t believe it may take an entire month for me to receive my money.

Filed/accepted 1/22, app says the same thing for – 2/20. Basically a month after being accepted. While TT probably doesn’t know anything, maybe the tax filing servicers have been updated by the IRS for DDD due to the system crashing?

I have the TT app as well. It still says the same thing for me.

Not a damn thing has changed since it was accepted oh so many days ago….starting to feel like months LOL….

TT has nothing to do with the process and do not get updates from the IRS before you do.

I filed the 19th also but my TT is still stating I should receive mines by the 9th. I have a friend whose mom works for the IRS and she’s stating that they are processing the 19th returns quickly now.

Same here filed with TT 1/20 accepted 1/20, it was saying I would have it by the 10th. Now it’s saying expected refund date is 2/20. Not sure why. Anyone have ideas?

Just tried this and it gave me Feb 20th as well. I just hope this isn’t some random date they are filling in for everyone. I filled and was accepted 1/22 btw.
