Turbo Tax sent me an email haaaaaaa

Filed with Turbo Tax 1/17, accepted 1/19. No credits, received CA return in 7 days.
Federal return, bars disappeared 1/31, received ID verify letter 2/17, verified 2/20.

Since then, nothing. Until today.

I chose to have my fees taken out of the refund, as I do every year. So the email from Turbo Tax said this, summarized-

1)They received notification from the IRS saying my refund was either reduced or put on hold.

2) Whether my refund hits or not, they will take the fee on 4/6.

I had a good laugh. Fortunately for me, I was only receiving $600. Yes, it would have helped a lot, but whatever.

I closed the account already, so they are not getting anything. Screw the IRS, Turbo Tax… all of it.

As I write this, I’m sipping Chardonnay and smoking a bowl of sweet kush.

I urge all of you to coalesce and descend upon our government and let them no we won’t be slaves anymore.

The only way out of this is to create local currencies, such as a city or county wide. Together, monkeys STRONG!

I got the same letter, i called tbem told them im one of the people stuvk in the 570 loop and im ok with them taking it but dont do it til next week. She pit me on hold and came. back and said they removed it from my account so it wouldnt be charged. She said that i will need to call when the money is thete though, and if i still cant pay it in 21 days call them back….

What is funny about receiving this email is that when I got mine I tried to access on my phone and could not see amything in the body of the email. I called TurboTax and they said that they didn’t see where they had sent me anything. Checked on my desktop and was able to see the unfortunate news.

@ JBinSOCO , sorry, have no advice except to smoke some kush lol. I so needed this refund for rent, lost my job last week. Is that a hardship? Lol

And I know I’m not alone. That’s ok, when I’m homeless, the government gonna know!! I will use a pen, not an airplane like the last guy Andrew Stack RIP.

also i dont have the last 3 stubs i have maybe the first 3, so idk what to do i need to put a tranny in my truck, and got bills stacked up since i cant work due to needing the transmission

@IRSsucks Sweet Kush, sounds nice,i love living in a legal state, Screw the feds, im under review for a w2 that i have, but they want the last 3 pay stubs or a letter, i cant get a hold of the owner of the farm of which is in question, i dont get it, tomorow is 45 days after i filed ( 1/29) and my advocate will not return my calls
