Turbo Tax Refund Advance

Hello 👋🏽
We’re here for another tax season!

I am an e filer with turbo tax. Last year was my first time receiving the Refund Advance for $1500 but I filed February. This year I am wanting to file early, so does anyone know if the IRS can possibly start accepting returns the second week of January? Your return has to be accepted before you get payment.

  Not sure on that as I don’t use them I know I can’t get an advance because I do an injured spouse allocation form every year with mine
