TURBO TAX QUESTION – PLEASE HELP

Hi Friends,

I filed with TurboTax on 2/27 and it is still in Pending status. When I call TurboTax its saying that I have paid them but I need to complete filing my tax return. When I log in to my TurboTax Account its not rejected and it shows pending. I’ve never waited this long for my return to be accepted. Simple return just a W2

You’ve been waiting to be accepted since then? or just waiting on your refund since then?

because it is weird for them not to be accepted for almost a week. they’re not worrying about the refund, just the fact that it seemed like their return hadn’t been filed for so long.

I was accepted and have one bar, filed 2/27 accepted yesterday 3/2. Wahoo

Yes I did. I filed the same date in was pending 4days so I went on another tax filing company freetaxusa and filed and accepted 15mins later. Yesterday I received email and text from TurboTax that I was rejected because they had just tried to send it in finally. I use TurboTax every year but I’m no longer interested in using them anymore because it should never take 5day of pending, I have a refund date for 03/08 already.

Edit to add that I spoke to a live agent finally at Turbo Tax and they said there is no record in the automated system because the return is still pending and hasn’t been accepted or rejected. Has anyone had to wait more than 2 days for their return to be accepted? I filed on 2/27 at 330 PM Central time….
