      I filled using turbo tax. I elected to have it put in net spend card. Says card will be mailed to me? Will they mail card first or once refund has been put on it?

          I got my NS card a week ago and I’m still waiting for a ddd. I filed(with TT) and was accepted on 1/21/16, I have 1 bar and tax topic 152.

              You will get the card first normally but sometimes the money will already be on there. It just depends on how fast your refund is processed.
