I don’t care, ban me from this site. The truth WILL be LIT UP.

I just got off the phone with some lady at Turbo Tax. Received the email telling me my fee I originally wanted taken from my pittly-ass REFUND of $594 is going to be taken whether I get my refund or not.

I told this lady, to ahead, take it. It’s not there. As fate would have it, I was fired from my job 2 weeks ago!

I told her as you bounce my once bountiful bank account, I will be eating cold soup in a tent on the side of a freeway.

      What was TURBO TAX response?

      They sent me a survey.

I’m a veteran. I have volunteered at local churches and nonprofits to help the needy.

Now, I’m needy, and upset, and crying … homeless in 12 days unless i receive my refund, or some miracle happens lol.

TurboTax, thank you. Thank you for your lies . Thanksgiving to you, now I’m homeless.

oh stop whining. i havent gotten my refund either and i lost my car and my credit score is now destroyed. if im reading the first reply to your post correctly, the person was giving you a suggestion as to maybe help you out and you replied with a semi, for lack of a better word, bitchy response. and i really dont know what you being a vet has to do with anything, just because you served, which i am thankful for, doesnt mean you should get it any faster. so play the worlds smallest violin and wait it out like the rest of us

Actually, my situation is just as bad, if not worse than yours. I deliver food and packages for a job. My car broke down on January 21st and don’t have the money to fix it so I can’t work. I filed on 2/1 and still don’t have my money but have a DDD of tomorrow. I was locked into a special price for Direct TV Now that I have lost that will cost me $300 a year from now on. I have been threatened with eviction and having my utilities turned off and have not been able to work for two months. I am a single mother with a disabled child. Oh, my car could be repossessed any day, too.

Because I have a severe hardship I got a Tax Advocate who has helped me get my hold released.

I was trying to provide you information that could help you because I actually understand EXACTLY what you are going through…but thanks for being an a$$.
