      I have the still processing message and NA on all transcripts.

      I JUST realized that when I was doing my taxes on turbotax it never asked me to input my Marketplace insurance. There was NEVER a prompt to input this information and after searching the turbotax forums I see that this is something that happened to pretty much everyone who filed with their software.

      If you have insurance through marketplace and are stuck on STILL processing, you will probably be getting a letter in the mail requesting form 8962 and 1095.

            Every year turbo tax has prompted me for my 1095 until this year. I knew there were changes to penalties for not having insurance so my dumbA just assumed they didn’t need that info because of the change. live and learn

              Sorry, @RHEC, I used TurboTax (e-file, self prepared ). They did offer me the “option”. I read another poster, experiencing what you are. They infact did receive verify insurance letter. I found it odd, as another pointed out, that TT simple had it listed as “optional”. What a way to screw up someone’s taxes. I crossed every eye, dotted every T. I’ve experienced this filing for others. It really does suck.

              Hope you get it sorted ASAP.
