The turbo tax estimated refund date means absolutely nothing. I have used TT for the past 10 years.Check WMR and your transcripts.

Mine has an ESTIMATED DEPOSIT DATE of 2/12/19 (which I believe would be 21 days after my accepted date anyways)
I do not have the deposit, but I’m also a PATHER and know I probably won’t see anything until after the 15th.

@Jen if you are looking on your mobile phone you can rotate your phone and see the filed, accepted and estimated refund date I found this out by accident lol

It’s an estimated date based upon a calculation of 21 days from date accepted. That is all.

Yes
And on Facebook TurboTax this was brought up and they say that they will not have a refund date on their site. But they do…I know it’s just an estimate but they denied it being there and they need to change it lol

Mine doesn’t show an estimate date. Where would I see that?

I agree WillBeas – they should axe that feature. It’s discouraging to the early filers. I remember a day when the federal came before the state, and my how the tables have turned. 😧

Cityslicker is correct, TT goes off the day you filed and the standard 21 days. I’m not sure why they have not updated their software to reflect the pathact

I filled 1/25 and at first turbotax said estimated ddd was for the 20 something I dont exactly remember but I do know it was 20 something anyway then it changed to the 15th idk probably doesn’t mean anything I claim both credits and I did last year too and got the refund on the 21st I figure it will be the same this year but heck it would be nice to have it the 15th lol

Mine said 2/5 and I haven’t seen a dime yet. I filed 1/13 and was accepted 1/15 and I’m a PATHer. I believe it defaults to 21 days after you’re accepted. It’s inaccurate, at least in my case. I hope this helps.
