Turbo Tax can kiss my ***

Turbo tax was the entire reason that I’m having issues with my return. Yet they just emailed me and told me they’ll auto draft the money for my tax services because my return isn’t in yet. They’ll never get our service again.

That’s why for years I’ve only ever used the free edition from them and never had a problem, TurboTax definitely fucked over a lot of people this year and im never using their service again. Lesson learn for people don’t buy premium services from sites that will e-file for you such as TT.

@thicks @mimi i think this is what is causing my delay – first year with Turbotax and they did not ask me about my marketplace insurance – my returns are the same each year never with any issues – i called the IRS today as my 21 days are up and they said “some forms were missing or didnt transmit over” so i now have to wait 6 weeks for a letter since over the phone they could not tell me anything.

He is so right. I used it as I would the same everyyear and I been through hell and back this year bc of TT. They do not reach out to u with any type of support knowing the stuff the masses is going thru.

@NedQuik, some filers who used TT had to do extra b/c TT didn’t prompt them about forms for Marketplace ins. and/or improperly transmitted e-file returns and then turned around and told some of those same filers that they would auto-deduct money from their bank accounts (to cover TT fees) b/c it was taking too long for the refund to come.

What did they do? I’ve used them for many years and my tax situation changes every year. Havent had any issues

I’ll never use them again either. I’m probably going to have to wait 8 more weeks. Great that I’m not getting paid now.

They won’t get mine either. They truly messed up this year. It sounds like many people had issues with Turbo Tax. I wonder if there will be a class-action suit filed?
