Turbo Tax 2/26 (delayed for fees)

I checked turbo tax site and there was a link to check if you were paying a fee from your refund as opposed to paying up front. The IRS relinquished my money to turbo tax but it said to wait 1 ro 2 days for them to redirect the rest to my bank account. It shows that my fees and IRS money made it in. Lets see what happens. I checked my bank and my tax forms to make sure my DD numbers were good and tbey were. I also dont owe any offsets to IRS. Hopefully tomorow or friday AM.

I just received this email from them
We are currently disbursing your refund and deducting the agreed upon fees.

When a deposit is received from the IRS, the money is processed as soon as it is received and typically issued within 24-48 hours of receipt. We expect your funds to be available tomorrow, if you have not received the funds by the end of the day tomorrow feel free to give us a call back.

I called SBTPG, the customer service agent said that they won’t be sending out refunds until tomorrow, they are having issues with their system. I was advised to call back Friday if I do not receive my refund tomorrow. DDD 2.26.2020, filed with TurboTax, fees getting taken out, Netspend-Bankcorp
