TT203/D.O.E. — Anyone get lucky!??

Post if you had a TT203 because of student loan debt and still got your ENTIRE refund back.

Not if you got offset but your refund was bigger than your offset. We all know you are still getting paid, somewhat.

Btw I am still confused if I’ am getting my refund or not. I have the 203 issue but my WMR has updated to a sent status, still showing full refund amount. And Collection agency hasn’t posted a payment..yet. I’m not getting any straight answers. That’s all, thank you.

I had tt203 but it didn’t show up until after my DD said sent. Also the TOP line didn’t say anything about an offset until my DD day which was 2/27/19. They got my entire Federal refund, a little over 7 thousand, but not my state, that was deposited today 3/4/19, I guess it was too small. Like others I really needed my refund, as I have an abscess tooth and paying out of pocket for it. But I’m staying positive and at least next year I will make sure that this doesn’t happen again. I will not file until I know there will be no offset. I’m not saying it’s not a big deal, I’m not rich and I am talking with a advocate to way my options, but I’m not going to stress and make myself sick worring over it, my family needs me and I have to stay strong and deal with this in a calm matter. Ive called the collection agency, the irs, DOE. Cant get thru to BFS the ones i talked to have no idea why my offset was reversed last year. And why im having to get offset again this year for the same debt that SHOULD of been paid last tax season. So frustrating.
Btw the wait times are RIDICULOUS! hung up on BFS after 1hr and 20min of waiting.

I have the same thing. Still showing full refund but with 203. I called Liberty tax but they said I’ve got no check there. I didn’t do direct deposit
