I was told on the website my card will be here by the 29th and I got a email saying it will be here in two days. But no card yet. What are my options I can’t get someone on the phone

I just received my deposit on the Turbo Card
My ddd was 2/26/20. Just in case anyone is wondering when theirs may hit.

Last year my DDD was 2/27. I got funds on 2/24 at 1:00am on the AMEX debit card. This year I used the Turbo Tax card ( which I never will again ) and still no funds.

We started using Chime last year right after we got our taxes and it’s the best card yet. My fiance ( who claimed no credits) got his refund 2 days after being ACCEPTED, he used the Chime card.

We needed the advance this year so that’s why I had to use the Turbo Card.

I know what you mean! Been using this site for years and ppl seen to be a bit more 😡 this year lol. I’ve noticed a lot only see things as one way or another. Not in between. Like calling a person a liar for simply stating what a representative told them, instead of thinking that maybe that’s just what they were told. No lies. Either way being an assshat to others isn’t going to get their money faster. Good luck!

I work for TD bank. As it has been explained to us. Prepaid card issuers receive a notice of deposit from the US treasury. An ACH transfer is then sent to the third party company for fees and disbursements. Some banks and cards will credit an account with just an ACH notice before the money has actually been deposited. Others only deposit when then ACH clears or actual funds have been received.

I’ve been using tt card for 3 years now & my deposit has ALWAYS come on the deposit date stated on where’s my refund regardless of me having fees taken out or not !

You’re not blowing smoke up my arse, SBTPG has NOT POSTED 2/26 DEPOSITS.

They were sent from the treasury at 9:00 last night. SBTPG will spend the day sorting them out and after midnight tonight PST they’ll start showing as received and sent.

sadly, I can’t SHOW you that they show the money received, advance taken out. I don’t expect it until tomorrow but I’m not the ONLY ONE who is seeing SBBT has received the money. Just stating what I’m seeing in my case.

Sorry Poe1, SBTPG isn’t going to show just ONE PERSON (you) as received out of hundreds of thousands here and on FB. They have not posted ANY funds for 2/26 DDD’s as received for today.

Interesting because SBBT shows mine received so I disagree with tomorrow if what you are saying is accurate that they deposit it within an hour. Last year it was almost 4 hours. No fees. Just advance in my case. Time will tell…

SBTPG ALWAYS updates to show your refund THE DAY BEFORE YOUR DDD. They’ll send it on within an hour but it depends on your bank or card as to when they’ll post it.

If you had fees taken out through SBTPG, stop looking cause you’re not going to see anything today.

Official word from TT about early tax refund deposits…To dispel the rumors.
Hello, I would be happy to assist you tody. You should receive your refund in the same amount of time using either direct deposit or the Turbo Visa® Prepaid Card. The card is a convenient way to receive your refund if you don’t have a bank account (and is much faster than having a check mailed to you). Sometimes you can get your refund two days faster on the card but that is not a guarantee.

I agree, it says government benifits 4 days early paycheck 2 days early and they claim they dont hold funds. I will never use the tt card again.

When I selected to receive this card I was afraid because I had never used it. I normally receive a refund on NetSpend card and normally receive on my processing date. Everyone’s deposit is dropping and turbo visa still has not dropped anything. On their website it says they will release once it’s approved but if you scroll down it says your refund has to be approved and sent. Turbo visa has misrepresented themselves I will never use again DDD 2/26

Amy, why is this terrible??? It does not state anywhere on the turbo card site that they send out tax refunds early… A tax refund is not government assistance. Last year I got mine on my Turbo card the day before my DDD. I had the advance and the fees. Right now your circle is solid green because the only money that has been sent to you is your advance. If you tap the green circle it will tell you what it means

This is the first year I’ve used Turbotax card. As of this morning SBTG is showing a small red chunk for TT fees, but nothing regarding the advance I received.

Does anyone who’s used TT Card in the past know if there’s any chance to receive funds before DDD?

SBTBG my circle is full on green with no amount received I hope we get it today maybe even later on in the day but sadly with my luck the way that stupid site and turbo tax is moving is SAD I don’t think I’ll get mine til 25/26

My DDD is 2/26 only did a advance never doing it Again after this year this is terrible
