TT transmission error

This is the message I got from TT after my return was rejected so I fixed and refused to e-file again. “Your transmission didn’t go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
You cannot e-file this tax return because the Intuit Electronic Filing Center is not open for the season yet. We accept 2019 Georgia Personal tax returns starting 02-03-2020 06:00 AM. We’ll see you then!”

Georgia isn’t accepting returns yet. Was your Federal e-filed and accepted? Sometimes it will not allow you to e-file state if you didn’t e-file Fed.
