      Hi was e-filed through TT And I was accepted 2/12. I got approved for the refund advance loan and since this is my first year using it I’m so confused as to how I would get my virtual card number.
      I’ve talked to green dot and I was told the Irs is suppose to send the email but I haven’t received it.

          i had the same problem last year i looked up the number on google for the back of the turbo card and they can help you with that.

            You will need to contact Turbo Card because you won’t be able to access the virtual card without getting into your online account.

              I got that email but once I click the link , it says an username/password has already been set up for this account

                You should have gotten an email from TT once you submitted taxes asking you to complete your online Turbo Card account. Once you set that up, you will see an option for a virtual card in your Turbo Card account. Hope this helps.
