      No EIC but I do have CTC. I’ve never NOT had EIC before. Will my refund still be held until 2/18?

          Filed 1/15 still pending with Turbo tax. C State still pending too :(

            I think only people with ACTC and EIC. I too have CTC. I don’t see that CTC is included for pathers.
