Hey anyone else file with TT and have gotten accepted yet? If so did you get your refund advance yet??

@Rachel Im curious as to if your refund advance was also deposited even though TPG said our method of payment would be a cashiers check mailed to us. All i know is that even though my deposit came in after 24 hours im going to keep calling to make sure my Tax Refund isn’t mailed to me

Filed 1/23. Rejected 2/10 due to AGI error. Refilled immediately. IRS accepted 2/11 around 11:30 pm. Advance deposited 4 hours. 3:30 am on 2/12. It’s gonna be a lotta happy people here come morning time. Thread bout to be back jumpin. So greatful

OKay so heres my update. Filed on 1/30 and my federal got accepted on 2/10 at 2:40pm PST and my refund advance got approved at 4pm PST. it took 24 hours and 23 minutes for my $2500 refund advance to deposit which was 2/11 at 4:23pm PST

I filed 1/30, and was accepted yesterday at 3:30MST. Advance was approved within an hour of acceptance. Advance just deposited on my card 10 minutes ago, so took a little over 24 hours.

I checked SBTPG earlier and it had my advance as a “cashiers check”. I would disregard that, as mine was deposited on my Turbo Tax debit card despite it saying that on the SBTPG site! Just a heads up!

I filed with TT free plus on 1/30, paid fees upfront, didn’t apply for advance because didn’t want it to go on a different card than my own. Still sitting at pending. Hopefully I’ll see movement tomorrow when it officially opens.

@Rachel yeah i emailed them too and they just responded the same thing. im so mad. that defeats the whole damn purpose of setting up another stupid card from TT. im done with turbotax after this. i called them and they said getting a check isnt even an option and that i should call green dot and figure it out but i was on hold for an hour and they couldnt find anything and i had to go so i hung up. ill call them again

@Steven7960 I emailed TPG earlier today after I noticed that whole “cashiers check” thing and they just emailed me back confirming that they are in fact sending me a printed check. So, there we go mystery solved-ish. They don’t know why they sent a check. Told me to get in touch with TT about that. Said to expect the check in 7-10 business days so probably 2 weeks with all the USPS BS going on still. Thought I’d share so at least you’d know.

Accepted 2/10 at 2:40pm EST. No email saying advance was approved, but when I checked the TT site, it says I was approved for my advance. Still no money in my account. I checked TPG and it shows my advance was sent yesterday, but when I called TT they said they have no pending deposits. Over 24 hours with nothing.

Just accepted today feb 11. Shows up on the IRS site as well. Filed married, joint, all the credits etc. I did the TT deluxe. No loan advance. Does this mean that we were in a test batch? I filed on the 25th.

@Steven7960 I was accepted yesterday at 5:40 pm so 22 hours for me as well. I haven’t gotten an email from TT about the advance just where it says on the Home Screen that I was approved. I remember that when I looked at the site before I started getting advances it would show that funds were sent by ACH and that it was going to my bank account number. So who knows? I don’t expect anything to work right so when it does it I get to be surprised and when it doesn’t no hard feelings.

and it says the date is N/A….. i swear if i set up this new card and was logging in over and over probably over 1000 times since i filed my taxes on 1/30 all for nothing im going to flip the hell out. how could they possibly send me a refund advance through the mail when turbotax promises it through the turbo debit card……

@bumblebee that tool you posted works but now im genuinly freaking out. the whole point of getting this new turbotax card even though i already had one was because the refund advance would be on it and it says on the website you posted that my 2500 advance is coming in the form of a cashiers check. does that mean in the mail? omg im actually stressing out because i was counting on having the refund advance already wth

Just wondering did anyone else get their refund advance like multiple hours after their refund advance was approved? and did anyone else get it after the times abnks would close at? i saw one person on here say they got accepted at 6:40 and their refund adv deposit came in at 7:56 pst and another at 10:41pm. its already been 5 hours for me and i really need the money which is why im checking non stop

I filed January 28th-ish. I was just accepted maybe 15 minutes ago. The front page of turbo tax says “Congratulations you were approved for $X refund advance.” I don’t think it said that before, no advance yet but as it’s only been 15 minutes I’m not too surprised by that. I’ve never been accepted early. It’s exciting…or terrifying. I’ll post an update when I decide or get the advance.
