      I filed through TT. I opted to have fees taken out of my return. However, I also opted for the 5 days early refund.

      This was obviously a mistake on my part.

      My DDD is 2/24 and TT informed me they are not charging the $25 for the early refund.

      But, SBPTG does not have record of my return. Will it still be processed through just Cross River Bank even though it will not be using the early refund option?

      I feel like it’s just sitting in limbo, but can’t get ahold of anyone who can actually tell me what will happen now.

      Has anyone had better luck?

            I wish I know how to upload the info. My daughter used turbo tax and opted for the 5 day option and paid turbo fees with her refund. She used navy federal and her money was deposited on 2/19 her original date was 2/24 like mines

              I don’t know if I agree with that my oldest sister and daughter both had fees taken out and opted for the 5 day and used navy federal and both have reviewed their refund.

                Everyone that was denied for the 5 days advance were only denied because they opted to have there fees to be taken out of there advance. You cannot get approved for the 5 day if your fees are being deducted from your tax return. Even though you were denied Cross River Bank will still send your return to your bank per Turbo tax Rep. I have Credit Karma and I received a email from Turbo tax stating my refund would be deposit in my account on 02/24.

                  My email doesn’t mention a deposit or check. All it said was we could not expedite your refund and that no fee was charged and I would received my funds by the original date of 2/24. So I guess that’s there way of saying I’m getting direct deposit. Idk and this year has been horrible with turbo tax.

                    most of those saying they would get a check used chime is what i gathered i got the email but mine says deposit to bank

                      I got a message that says they couldn’t do the 5 days early but my delivery date is today I didn’t receive an email or a notification on TT stating that I will receive a check I hope not

                        I’m on another forum through turbo tax. About 5-6 ppl received a email saying their money couldn’t be deposited 5 days earlier and that they will receive a check in the mail. My sister logged into turbo tax and a message across the screen stated they couldn’t expedite her refund and she would receive a check that was mailed on 2/19. I called turbo tax and spoke to someone name Joann and she said ppl who were cancelled for the 5 day early option would get a check as well.

                          I was able to speak with someone at TurboTax and they gave me a ACH trace number, but chime customer service says they cannot do anything with that.

                              If you applied for the 5 days early and were denied your refund would go through Cross River Bank than to your bank account but it will not go through SBTPG PER THE TURBO TAX REP. I hopes this help

                                @Ashley you will be able to see it in SBTPG now it will either say unfunded or funded. If you paid the $25 for 5 days early then it wont show up at all it will say no account found

                                  If I’m not mistaking. It doesn’t show up in SBTPG until closer to the DDD.

                                        I agree I read to them what was in their processing agreement and they still said that was not correct. I hope it comes today but I know Monday I better have something!

                                          i legit went bk and forth with them people so much yesterday i refuse to run it bk all i know is come Monday i better have something hit my acct would love for it to come today but im just over it honestly. smh

                                              Still waiting calling TurboTax customer service is absolutely no help at all and they are clueless. They say that the refund does not even go to them or their bank if we had fees taken out. They said that it goes from the IRS the IRS deducts TurboTax fees then sends it to my bank. Which I know to be inaccurate.

                                                I think it was last year when people were having issues with Chime sending refunds back due to deposit limits. If her refund was too big, that could be why. Tell her to check her limits on the app. (Aside from the regular validating your checking account info on your return, you know)

                                                  My sister did the 5 day early as well. She was told it was sent to her bank on 2/19 and she used chime. Her ddd date was 2/24. Today when she logged into Turbo tax she was told she is getting a checked mailed to her

                                                          Same for me, customer service is no help.. I guess we won’t see anything until 2/24. SBPTG is still saying they have no info on my refund. Or no info found.
