Go to IRS.gov and go to Get My Payment portal: Update bank information after verifying identity with prior year return in hand.

Turbo Tax is full of shit and should have prepared customers for this.

I used TT had the big 250 dollar advance which of course delayed our stimulus. I know my account information on the 1040 matches my account information. I understand they state another account had been arranged for this transfer to take place yet for a TT to do so a form 8888 had to be filed. I dont know about anyone else but I dont have a form 8888. I’m not sure what turbo tax did but it doesnt make sense.

The sick part of it all is Turbo Taxs refusal to accept responsibility. They keep insisting that the federal government had their customers information and they had done everything they could. The best way to hurt them is to get as many people as possible to boycott them along with their inflated fee useless card.

I update my acct info on Wednesday after TT screwed me, not the portal says I’m getting a check mailed out by next Friday.

              Shit is insane!

It’s any and everybody who got an advance and/or had fees taken out of their refunds. https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2020/04/16/coronavirus-cares-stimulus-check/

Does anyone know how long it takes after you update your info with the IRS?

Only people from TT getting deposits is because they paid the fees upfront, had no refund advance. Very simple.

TT with no fees deducted are receiving deposits. This forum is not for them.

I would not risk it. I would just go get a netspend card or something that was proven to work. Turbo Tax and SBTG totally dropped the ball on alot of people.

I Wander if you put your TT intuit card info in the irs portal if they will deposit your stimulus on it.
