      Finally got the 571 and the refund issues code as well, however WMR says TT 203 (might not be full amount due to an offset)

      I called the off sent number right after and it says I don’t have one…

      Anyone have this?

          Did you have your tax preparation fees taken out of your refund? It can mean that as well.

            You may have to prove your credits before they release funds? The code means partial refund from what I read
