      So for the past 2 years with the new path law I’ve gotten my refund on 2/22. I filed on 1/14 accepted 1/14. Got my State 10 days ago. Cycle number 20190405, started processing 2/11. My transcripts updated today and says 846 issue refund 2/27. Hope this helps guys. I just think some of us early filers got pushed to the side for awhile.
