So, I have seen a pattern of a bunch of folks who used turbotax to file. We are all showing 2 bottom transcripts which show, but information is blank except for a as of date Feb 19th. 2024.
Now I wonder if something is happening. And this is probably my ADHD brain trying to make sense of something and find a resolution to this.
So, anyone else seeing this?
Are you a turbotax user?
Raise your hand if you have the as of date Feb 19th? -

So we don’t typically have PATH credits. We had our refund back by 2/1 last year so I thought something was slightly off since we filed and got accepted 1/25. I filed MFS this year. Turbotax automatically calculated the ACTC in the background when I filed. no check boxes or anything for me. I had no idea until I went to print my return. It’s only $191…

My transcripts updated last night. I am a daily and although my as of is still 2/19, I see a date of 2/26 toward the bottom of the transcript.
PATH, ACTC, no EITC this year. No 846 code either, obviously. So happy it updated.

My as of date went back to 2/19 as well. Started at 2/12, then 2/19, then 2/26, and now back to 2/19. Wish I had got an actual update since it seemed like a big update morning.

This is normal, remember the season only opened on the 29th. The irs estimates most refunds to be done within 21 days, and even if you were accepted into the test batch your 21 days do not officially start until the 29th. If you have no bad codes/no letters/wmr doesn’t say anything bad just try and be patient and relax. This week and next week will be more big updates.

That just happens sometimes. The IRS will do another round of updates this week and then the following week and so on. You have the most important info right now. That is your as of date. The IRS is pretty good at hitting that mark. I had the same thing with my account showing me an as of date of the 15th. Then they updated the system now I have all 4 transcripts with all my information.

Nothing special just plain tax filing.
Bottom two transcripts with no real info on them. -

All 4 transcripts are showing 2023 and I have codes 766 and 768 with amounts with minus beside them but no 846 and my wage and income transcripts say no record of return filed what does that mean

I’m not on PATH and my transcripts are doing the same thing. I’m really hoping for an update tomorrow. This is causing me anxiety. I’ve never had issues before. It’s always been a smooth process and sadly I counted on the money before the return was approved. Bad move.

I filed with TT, accepted the 24th. No Path. Mine was 2/19, it changed last week to 2/26. I don’t think it has anything to do with who you filed with, or whether you’re path or not.

Well snap, I think it’s just ridiculously broken. Lol
I filed on Jan 15th, accepted Jan 19th. I thought maybe I had been lucky and got into the test batch. But nothing. It’s so weird cause my state was refunded on feb 1st.

I used freetaxusa and I have the same thing going on like a another person already stated I don’t think it’s just a turbo tax specific situation i was accepted on the 19th also and the as of date means nothing the 19th is just the 21 day mark from when the irs officially started processing returns on the 29th

Doesn’t seem to be a TT specific issue/concern – I used freetaxusa & have the same. I think it’s just a weird PATH thing.
