Transcripts Question!!!!

Okay so I filed 2/15 , I was able to order transcripts for last year’s refund using old address on Friday. Now since yesterday it keeps telling me info doesn’t match with old or new address. Any ideas? Not sure what going on, could I be locked out?

  tried ordering by mail only able to get account by mail tried calling couldn’t order any!!!!

  It’s processing, so when they are done… you should be able to order transcripts with new address

  You also have to be careful if you live at 1234 Something Court, that you may need to put the Address as 1234 Something Ct. i found that to be the case with Road and Road as well.

  From my experience it meant I was being worked on, kept getting same message for 3 days. Someone gave me the number to call and order transcript. I called and when it ask for street number I entered my new address number only and it worked. Allowed me to order both.
