Transcripts not working

      I tried to order my transcripts, but every time they try to text me a confirmation code, a box pops up saying: unfortunately messaging has stopped. Has anyone had this problem?

          I found out why that was happening my phone carrier T-Mobile said this has been a nationwide problem that they just discovered after getting so many complaints, wow. I had to put in a helpdesk ticket and now I am able to get the text IRS.

              ordering a transcript does not expedite your refund…..whether return is posted in the master file or not….you can receive it…but now you may have to call after many failed attempts online
